Our clinic’s rules for people who are late for 15 minutes and above are as below:

• If the reason for being late for 15 minutes and above is not due to the delays in the public transportation system, aesthetic treatment and surgery cannot be performed on the same day and a re-schedule has to be made to another day.
• In addition, if the appointment is on Saturday, it will be considered as completed and one session will be deducted.
• Patients who come to the clinic for appointments may be recommended to switch to other forms of treatment after the physician has diagnosed and treated their skin condition on the day of appointment.
• Please refrain from the cosmetic course(s) or surgical procedures if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

We’d like to explain how to make an appointment for cosmetic multiple courses sold at our clinic. You can book the number of sessions you have purchased. In the following cases, especially on Saturdays, your cosmetic courses will be deducted.
• Absence without notice
• Arrival late for 15 minutes and above
(The appointment can be rescheduled if the delay is due to the mass transportation system.)
• Cancellations are not made seven business days prior to the reservation date.
